Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • items marked as final sale

  • intimate or personal wear items (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • used, damaged, or altered items

  • items returned after the 14-day period

  • items returned without prior approval

Return Process

  • clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect

Returns must be approved before sending any item back. Unapproved returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
